Information Collected and Security

The information collected when you are placing the order at the shopping cart, using a valid SSL certificate. Your billing’s information, and purchase details are kept in our secure databases. Credit card details are processed securely through Innovative Gateway. Our Company has different methods for online purchasing. If using the PayPal service to checkout, all billing information is provided once you are passed off to their secure transaction servers at PayPal.

Returned Policy

This Company is proud to provide previews of the fonts and crystal colors to you to help on your custom order. Please be sure that you make the right choice on all specifications such color, size, font, and material, due to the custom work of each order, we do not give refunds or returns unless we have made a mistake. If the item is defective, broken, different font or colors that you have ordered, then we will remake it and will rush ship it before your event (no additional payment is required). Refunds can only be issued after merchandise has been received by customer and the merchandise must be received by us before the event date in order to honor the return.

Cancellation

When an order gets placed and when the order is underway. Once your order has been started, we will not honor the request for cancellation and no refund will be issued unless the order has not begun. However, there is a cancellation fee of $20.00. All Rush Order sales are final and are not subject to cancellation due to the limited amount of time to take, process, and fill the order.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping charges are available on the order page and vary by destination country. This cost covers packaging materials, handling, and Priority shipping (domestic) or Express (rush and international) through USPS. Expedited shipping is an additional charge and will also be automatically calculated on the order page. For your convenience, we accept PayPal as our method of secure ordering. Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to order with us. We offer standard USPS shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping options. These shipping times apply to after the order has been completed as stated under Terms & Conditions below.

Terms & Conditions

Customers are required to pay in full when orders are placed. Silhouette Photo & Monogram will not be responsible for damage products once customer is in possession of product. Your order will be completed within 2 weeks (working days) from the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to use our products to showcase in our web site.
